Charlotte Dunlap

From the first squeeze of the paint onto my palette, my heart sings with excitement.   Wondering what will happen as the story told with the first color “note” as it goes on the canvas to the finished painting, my world is complete joy.  If my art is a “silent song”, sometimes I see someone connect with color, light and form; and a cord is struck, the song is heard and hopefully beauty may be the result.

It has often been said that the luckiest people are those that get to do in life what they truly love.  I am one of those people, and I thank God for this.
